Shipping Policy
This Policy describes the methods and rules for the delivery of orders placed in the Autoland online store ("Store").
1. Seller's details

2. Delivery area
Orders are delivered within Poland and to those countries for which the Store provides delivery options when placing an order.
The availability of a specific method depends on the delivery address, weight, dimensions, and nature of the Product. If the Store does not display a delivery method for a given address or Product, you may contact the Seller to verify transport options before placing your order.
3. Delivery methods
Depending on the order, the following may be available:
- courier delivery;
- pallet shipment;
- non-standard or specialized transport;
- personal pickup.
Currently available options are presented during the ordering process. Bulky, heavy, fragile, or non-standard items may require pallet shipping or individual shipping arrangements.
4. Shipping costs
The shipping cost depends on the chosen method, delivery location, and product characteristics. It is displayed in the shopping cart or during checkout before placing the order.
If automatic cost calculation for non-standard Goods is not possible, the Seller will provide the Customer with the cost and estimated shipping terms before accepting the order. The Customer will not be charged for any costs they have not previously accepted.
5. Preparation and delivery time
The standard time for preparing an order for shipment is 1–2 Business Days from confirmation of order acceptance and effective payment, unless the selected payment method or the Product offer provides otherwise.
Preparation time is not the same as transit time. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier, delivery location, and shipment type. If the Store or its listing provides an estimated delivery time, it is an estimate unless a guaranteed time is expressly stated.
In the case of pallet shipments, oversized or non-standard items, or items requiring specialized security, processing may take longer. The estimated delivery time is then indicated in the offer, when placing the order, or communicated to the customer before the order is accepted.
The Seller will immediately inform the Customer of any known delay or impossibility of delivery. The Consumer's rights arising from failure to meet the agreed delivery deadline are defined by applicable law.
6. Personal collection
Pickup is available if indicated when ordering. Any applicable costs will be indicated before ordering. Pickup is available at:
Autoland Grzegorz Broniecki
Wał Miedzeszyński 41B
04-987 Warsaw
Pickup is available on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., only after receiving confirmation that your order is ready. Simply placing an order does not mean that the Goods are ready for pickup.
7. Receipt and damage to the shipment
Upon receipt, it's worth checking the external condition of the packaging and, if possible, the condition of the Goods. If there's visible damage, we recommend:
- record the reservation with the carrier and, if possible, prepare a damage report;
- take photos of the packaging, shipping label and the Goods;
- contact the Seller immediately, providing the order number.
The lack of a damage report does not deprive the Consumer or the Entrepreneur of their rights under the law, but the documentation may make it easier to determine the course of the event.
8. Transfer of risk
For Consumers and Entrepreneurs with consumer rights, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Customer upon receipt of the Goods by the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier. If the Customer has chosen a carrier not offered by the Seller, the rules arising from applicable regulations apply.
In the case of other Entrepreneurs, the risk passes upon delivery of the Goods to the carrier.
9. Incorrect address or no pickup
The Customer must provide a complete and accurate address and contact information for delivery. If the shipment is returned due to reasons attributable to the Customer, the Seller will contact the Customer to discuss further action. Any reshipment and its cost must be agreed upon, while respecting the rights of the Consumer.
10. Returns and complaints
The rules for withdrawal from the contract, return of Goods, and complaints are described in the Returns and Complaints Policy and the Store's Terms and Conditions. In the event of a complaint regarding non-conformity of the Goods with the contract, the Seller will bear the costs of collection and transportation of the Goods to the extent required by law.
