§1 General provisions
- This Cookie Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing information on User devices using cookies and similar technologies, used to provide services electronically by the autolandparts.eu, run by Autoland Grzegorz Broniecki, ul. Wał Miedzeszyński 41B, 04-987 Warsaw, NIP: 9521395796.
- The legal basis for this Policy is: Article 173 of the Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
§2 Definitions
- Cookies – small text files saved and stored on the User’s end device (computer, telephone) through which the User uses the Store.
- Administrator – Autoland Grzegorz Broniecki, data as in §1 section 1.
- User – any person visiting the Store.
§3 Purposes of using cookies
Cookies are used for the following purposes:
- Ensuring the proper functioning of the Store, including maintaining the User's session after logging in, managing the shopping cart and the ordering process (essential cookies).

§5 Cookie consent management
- Upon the first visit to the Store, the User is displayed a banner (CMP – Consent Management Platform) enabling them to express consent to individual categories of cookies (except for necessary cookies, which do not require consent).
- The user may at any time change or withdraw the consent granted through the settings available in the cookie banner [ADD – link/method of accessing the settings panel, if implemented] or by changing the settings of their web browser.
- Failure to consent to non-essential cookies does not prevent you from using the basic functionalities of the Store, including making a purchase.
§6 Managing cookies in your browser
- The User may independently and at any time change the settings for cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and access by cookies to the User's device, using the settings of their web browser.
- Limiting or disabling the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available in the Store, including making it difficult or impossible to use the shopping cart and the ordering process.

§7 Recipients of data from cookies
Data collected using analytical and marketing cookies may be transferred to providers of relevant tools, including entities based outside the European Economic Area (e.g., Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc.). Such transfers are carried out in accordance with the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision). §8 Final provisions
- The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Cookie Policy, in particular in connection with changes to the tools used or legal provisions.
- The current version of the Cookie Policy is always available at autolandparts.eu/policies/cookies.
- In matters not covered by this Policy, the provisions of the Telecommunications Law, the GDPR and relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
